Andree has been raised in El Paso Texas. Her family has a strong entertainment gene. Her upbringing was in a household of entertainers like her sibling Karla Martinez, host of the Univision show Despierta America (1997)). In addition to her father Andrew Martinez, who is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency in Southern California Edison (SCE) which is one of the most powerful electric utilities in America. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) which is one of the biggest electric utilities in the United States. The top priority of SCE is worker safety, security for corporate employees, and business resilience. He oversees the programmes and initiatives at SCE. Martinez assists safety leaders in achieving their safety goals by providing mentorship to them and quality safety programs. Martinez was director for Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE before assuming his current role. He previously served as director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the course of his thirty years with SCE Martinez has held several leadership positions in corrective action as well as performance improvement programmes, such as roles in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) which focused on protecting workers and the public from risks.
